Lifecycle
A recognisable pattern of steps taken to develop a system - (system lifecycle), or steps to deliver a product within a project - (project lifecycle).

Logical Model
The collected models (both text and diagrams) which illustrate what the system does, omitting consideration of how this is achieved.
