Like a monument, we never intend to change the way our website looks. The content may change from time to time, but the look and feel never will. For anyone who visits us, this site will almost always look exactly the same as when you last left it. We like it the way it is.

The Acorn Atom was a precursor to the more well-known and famous BBC Micro. At it's height, Acorn computers Ltd spun off a startup known as ARM (Advanced Risc Machines), stemming from a collaboration with Apple. ARM is a leader in microprocessor intellectual property .
The Acorn brand has recently been revived in 2006.
